Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also activates the natural healing processes of the patient's body. It promotes health and well-being of the entire physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body. Reiki can be provided in person or in a distant healing.

You can either receive Reiki while lying on a massage table or while doing corrective exercises. During Reiki, we place our hands lightly on or over your body. You are fully clothed during the Reiki session. You may sense warmth or heat coming from our hands.
Some clients fall asleep during the sessions, waking with a deep sense of calming and inner balance.
Reiki prices range from $65 for a single session to $580 for a 10 session program.
Our Express Private Coaching is the same as our private coaching session, but only 30 minutes in length. Great for people who are short on time but who can handle a brief intense workout. These are great fat-burning workouts! The Express Coaching sessions are a One-on-One experience with one of our highly skilled coaches working with you and keeping you accountable while you work on your health and fitness goals. Your program will be built based on your goals, nutrition, postural analysis, and Functional Movement Screen.
Our Semi-Private Coaching sessions are small groups of four or less working together to grow, support, and provide additional accountability for each other on their health and fitness journeys. Nutritional and Lifestyle coaching will be done during the group session. A Postural and Functional Movement Screen will be used to identify any dysfunctional movement patterns and exercises prescribed to correct and prevent injury. These are great for friends or families. These sessions are 55 minutes.
Our Private Coaching sessions are a One-on-One experience with one of our highly skilled coaches working with you and keeping you accountable while you work on your health and fitness goals. Your program will be built based on your goals, nutrition, postural analysis, and Functional Movement Screen. As your comfort level grows with your coach, we will explore more mind, body, and spirit connections that may be holding you back from reaching your fullest potential. These sessions are 55 min.
