What is Performance Fitness? We look at everything you do on a daily basic as a load on the body. This maybe a stay at home mom, office worker, runner, golfer, but what ever your work or sport it is this load that will create muscle imbalances due to repetitive use. If these imbalances are not address they can create misalignment in your posture which creates stress on the body, causing pain, and risk of injury. 

We perform a detailed postural and muscle assessment, taking measurements and recording benchmark statistics. Then we create a custom exercise program using self massage tools, stretching, and corrective exercises to improve the body’s posture and correct dysfunctional movement patterns, allowing you to perform at your very best.  These corrections to your posture will:

  • Reduce or eliminate pain
  • Increase energy
  • Increase mobility and strength
